Terms & Conditions

Upon confirmation of villa reservation between Exclusive Vidanta Estates and client, reservation can be canceled up to 35 days prior to check-in date with a full refund and $200 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 35 days of reservation, a refund will not be issued.

All reservations must be paid in full within 7 days receipt of your PayPal requested payment email.

Exclusive Vidanta Estates is not responsible for any injuries, theft, or lost/stolen items while vacationing at Vidanta Luxury Resorts.
