“Vidanta in NuevoVallerta was the perfect destination for my immediate family (my husband, 3 year old son, and 11 month old daughter and myself) to travel to with my extended family (parents and siblings). Although, some people may try to avoid traveling with littles ones, this trip was completely doable, and enjoyable, due to the accommodations at the resort and especially because of the help of Brittany June. She was integral in ensuring we were prepared for a fun, safe and relaxing vacation. She secured a crib for our room and car seat reservations for our shuttle which made airport travel so much easier because of the lightened baggage.

The convenience of having a pool literally less than 30 seconds from the entrance of our room was incredible. We were able to enjoy beautiful views from the rooftop pool with my siblings and parents, while easily sneaking away to put the little kids down to nap in our room each afternoon and rejoin after. The resort property is stroller friendly, and the gold carts that shuttle people around can handle even a large jogging stroller. We didn’t have to fold it up each time which allowed us to simply hop on and off without slowing down the rest of the crew each time we left our Residence. It truly was a vacation to remember. The perseverance of Brittany with prepping our reservations combined with the family friendly atmosphere at the resort allowed us to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation internationally even with two toddlers.”

The location was stunning, and Brittany answered every single one of our questions perfectly to make sure that we had the perfect trip. This resort and room is amazing. Large amounts of space in every single room, including a two balconies with many comfortable chairs to relax on and take in the picturesque views. The room service was fantastic when bringing us coffee and cleaning every morning. The concierge was very helpful in answering my questions and directing me around the resort with the easy to access shuttle service.

Brittany provided extremely precise and accurate information and details. She prepared us for what to expect for everything (golfing, restaurants, beaches, pools, and fun). After landing in the airport, I knew exactly where to go and who to look for so it made transporting to the resort super easy. Overall, it was a great experience that I did not want to end.
